This unique combination of a debt and equity practice within the same platform facilitates engagement with development partners regarding their entire capital requirement throughout the project life cycle, right from longer tenure/initial stage equity funding to more mature/shorter tenure debt funding. PFMPL acts in fiduciary capacity to both third party investors (whether by the means of managed funds, separate account mandates or large joint ventures) as well as to proprietary capital (in terms of sponsor commitments to managed funds and principal investing).

Currently, PFMPL manages/advises funds over INR 80,000 million on the equity side and INR 40,000 million of gross disbursements on the debt side. This includes 6 domestic funds, 1 offshore fund and 3 third party mandates. PFMPL also recently entered into a US$ 500 million strategic alliance with Canadian Pension Plan Investment Board (CPPIB) to provide high yield Rupee debt finance to residential real estate projects across Tier-1 cities.
